- Managed, and authored the Technology Radar. Summaries on leading technology concepts or vendors that the organization should be monitoring. Topics included Business and Technology concepts. - Developed framework for solution architecture summaries. Level 0 - business context (Summary, Customer, Organizations, People, Capabilities, Information, Applications, Technology, Standards, and Services) and Level 1 - Initial summary context (interfaces, users, directional flow, frequency, etc)
- Primay lead for new Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) implementation. After 20+ years with one solution, was able to successfully transition to new vendor solution (CVS) for all: enrollment, benefits and claims management. Process was repeated three years later.
- Oversaw successful Care Management and Utilization Management solution in moving from three systems to one. Involved in the RFP process and selection of new solution, and then the design and migration strategy.
- Implemented new Customer Relationship Management System (Microsoft Dynamics) for a business segment
- Selected and Implemented data replication from Salesforce to an on premise data platform (Informatica Cloud)
- Responsible for technical implementation and integration with HealthCare Exchanges (MNSure and the Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM)) and development of the solution for sharing product, plan and provider information.
- Drove the modernization of the Provider Data Management functions as Medica was expanding geographically and needed to manage more direct and leased network providers. Focused on the replacement of a 20 year old system, with a new modern streaming solution that leverages API interfaces and new data approach with a vendor solution.
- Represented the technology offerings in RFP responses for: State of MN Families and Childrens and various commericial group insurance responses.

- Design, development and ongoing management of Capella University’s e-business technical environment.
