- Oversaw successful Care Management and Utilization Management solution in moving from three systems to one. Involved in the RFP process and selection of new solution, and then the design and migration strategy.
- Implemented new Customer Relationship Management System (Microsoft Dynamics) for a business segment
- Selected and Implemented data replication from Salesforce to an on premise data platform (Informatica Cloud)
- Responsible for technical implementation and integration with HealthCare Exchanges (MNSure and the Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM)) and development of the solution for sharing product, plan and provider information.
